    I had breakfast for the first time there and it was good. Big pancakes which I didn't order but may have to when I go back again. My husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy along with his eggs and gotta.  We got there at 9:30 and it was packed.

    A very respectable local restaurant seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Great atmosphere to all comers. Friendly and accommodating. They have plenty of seating and can accommodate large & small events. Many flat screen TVs and a jukebox. And adequate parking. Nice place!!

    Been here a few times for breakfast and fir dinner. Breakfast is so-so. The food is a little on the bland side and it's very basic. Nothing overly special, but it's cheap!
    Dinner is good, the wings are outstanding and beer is cold.

    I noticed this establishment as I was headed into Florence to get dinner, and I thought why not?  I'm glad I tried it, Boondocks is a nice pub and grub where the guys or a ball team can have a few beers and relax.  They have been plenty of big screen TVs so you won't miss anything and they have nice jukeboxes in the building.  The service was great, my server was quite attentive and even brought me another dinner roll at no charge when I asked for one.  My selection was breaded chicken breast with mashed potatoes and baked beans.  It was a delicious meal for the price, and quite filling.  I won't hesitate to visit Boondocks again, it's a very nice place and away from the hustle and bustle of the Union and Florence areas.

    Good food, good price! They have really good breakfast! Typically the staff are attentive.
